Insert the injectors into the head, ensuring they are properly aligned.

: Unscrew the bolts securing the throttle body and move it aside.

Unbolt the intake manifold support brackets from underneath using your triple-square bits. vw 1.2 tsi injector removal

Remove the bolts holding the fuel rail to the cylinder head.

: Disconnect the battery. Remove the air filter housing and disconnect MAP sensors.

Disconnect the negative terminal to eliminate any risk of electrical sparks near exposed fuel vapors. This public link is valid for 7 days

Use a specialized nylon or brass cleaning brush (often included in the tool kit) to clean out the injector bores in the cylinder head. Vacuum out any loose debris. Do not let carbon fall into the cylinders.
