Yes, but only if you use modules. The G41 chipset has a limitation of 4GB per slot. The manual specifies that double-sided 4GB DIMMs are required (page 16).

You must use low-density (2Rx8) RAM containing 16 memory chips (8 on each side). Modern high-density (1Rx8) modules using 8 total chips will cause a continuous beep code or a boot loop.
